Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 4–7 business days following payment confirmation. Orders received outside of regular business hours or on public holidays will be processed in sequence beginning the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carrier
We ship internationally via UPS. Tracking details will be provided upon shipment.

Delivery Timeframes
Transit times vary by destination and are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, and carrier scheduling. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

Order Verification
All orders are subject to verification prior to shipment. Inaccurate or incomplete billing/shipping information may result in processing delays. We reserve the right to contact you for verification purposes.

Shipping Restrictions
Once a tracking number has been issued, no changes can be made to the shipping address or method.

International Delivery
We currently ship to selected regions in Europe and Asia.
All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any delays in shipment or delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
