Return Policy
All sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, except in the case of a Wrong Item shipment as defined below.
Wrong Item Exception
The only exception to our final sale policy is if the item you received objectively differs from the model, color, or size specified in your order confirmation (“Wrong Item”). The following are NOT considered a Wrong Item:

Color variations due to monitor displays or photography lighting.

Minor measurement tolerances or signs of prior use consistent with product description.

Subjective reasons such as change of mind, mis-ordering, or personal preference.
Reporting a Wrong Item
If you believe you have received a Wrong Item, you must:

Notify us within 2 calendar days of the delivery date (as shown by the carrier) by email to: stylenewstar.hk@outlook.com.

Subject Line: After-Sales Request – [Your Order Number]

Body: Detailed description of the discrepancy, order number, tracking number, and recipient contact information.

Evidence: A complete, unedited unboxing video and clear photos showing the outer box label, packaging, and the item from all angles.

Rectification Process
All return requests for a Wrong Item require prior authorization. Do not ship anything back until you have received a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us via email. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Important Notice for Professional Buyers
As a professional buyer, you are expected to have thoroughly reviewed all product images, descriptions, and details provided before placing an order. We guarantee the authenticity of all items, and no post-shipment claims regarding authenticity will be accepted.
